With eight Rounds still to go in Season 2016, we’ve decided to take a look at our top AFL Fantasy performers so far in 2016.

Our top three

Our top scorer this year is Dayne Zorko (FWD, MID, $552,000), who has scored a total of 1,343 points with an average of 111.9 points per game. Zorko has scored over 100 points ten times out of his twelve games this Season.

Our second highest scorer so far in 2016 is Pearce Hanley (MID, DEF, $444,000). Hanley has played every game this Season, and has 1,225 points to his name so far. He averages 87.5 points per Round with his best performance coming in Round 13 against West Coast where he scored a total of 146 points.

Our third highest scorer so far in 2016 is Stefan Martin (RUC, $406,000). Martin has scored a total of 1,166 points with an average of 83.3 points per game. Martin has played all games this Season, and his scores have been significantly higher as the sole ruck man.

In form

Since his return from injury, you’d have to say that our Skipper, Tom Rockliff, is the most in form player when it comes to AFL Fantasy scores. After three week’s off with a Hamstring injury, Rockliff has had scores of 184, 142, 135 and 101 with an average of 140.5 across those weeks.

Touted as a ‘Fantasy Pig,’ Rockliff would be a strong addition to your side.

Fantasy up-and-comer

He's only three games into his career, but Rhys 'Beast Mode' Mathieson (MID, $223,000) is proving to be a popular choice for AFL Fantasy fans. He's averaging 70.3 points per game and has been selected a total of 19,014 times, only behind Rockliff (46,155), Martin (31,940), West (25,813), Zorko (23,407) and Rich (19,109).
