The last time the Carlton Blues won a game was in Round 11 against the Lions at Etihad Stadium.
The Blues will be hungry to put an end to their 8-game losing streak, especially after their big loss to St. Kilda on the weekend – recording their biggest defeat of the season (71-points).
However, Carlton is not to be taken lightly with Zach Tuohy and Kade Simpson both recording career high stats over the weekend.
Tuohy was in full force against the Saints, booting a career-high three majors – all from outside 50.
Ball winning veteran Simpson collected a career-high of 33 uncontested possessions from his game-high 39 possessions.
Defender Sam Docherty also proved handy recording 30 disposals (19 kicks, 11 handballs), eight marks and four tackles against the Saints.
Injury news:
Carlton finished the game against St Kilda without any new injury worries.
Despite a good week on the training track, Blues Skipper Marc Murphy is expected to miss this weekend's game at the Gabba, due to an ankle injury that he sustained earlier in the year.
