Brisbane Lions fans will now be able to get their Maccas fix all summer long, with the Club delighted to announce that McDonald’s have expanded their partnership to the Premiership winning AFLW team.
While the defending Premiers will be chasing wins on the scoreboard, the fans will be the real winners this season with the ever-popular Mac for a Match and McCafe Monday promotions extending into the AFLW season for the first time.
Brisbane Lions Head of Women’s Football Breeanna Brock said that the Club is excited to see McDonald’s investing in women’s sport.
“It’s fantastic to see McDonald’s getting behind women’s sport,” Brock said.
“They’re such a huge global brand, so for them to expand their partnership with the Club and invest in our AFLW program is a great step forward for the game.”
The partnership extension marks the first time that McDonald’s has joined forces with the Premiership winning team.
