Leuey’s going well and should be back around Round 18 or 19 I’m told! Hopefully it’s sooner rather than later because we’re all getting sick of Huddo. Nah just kidding.

The next Captain probably won’t be Rocky, he has a Benalla head. I don’t think it’s very good for TV. We need someone pretty to be Captain because they spend a lot of time in front of the camera. Someone like Josh Green would be good. Keep an eye out for his salad head.

This time of year, Joel Patfull starts to do his “Fiji” weights and his “Thailand” weights which is all about the biceps, triceps and chest. But they are actually useless and he only does them to look good. He actually needs to work on his calves and quads for his chicken legs. That’s what the girls look for. That’s probably why he’s not going so well with the ladies.

Ace Cornelius has the stupidest sense of humour.

Question: Hi Ash, what have you done to yourself? Is tendon damage painful?

I’ve done my hamstring tendon down next to my knee. It was painful at the time but as the week’s gone on it’s gotten better. Because tendons have a lot less blood flow, the medicos thought it was best for me to have surgery so that I’m right for next year. So I’ll go in for surgery tomorrow. Wish me luck!

This year we’ve been trying to make the Gabba a nightmare for teams that come to visit and I think we’re really starting to see that. I think we’ll do well against them. Of course I’ll have to be watching from the stands.
