The Brisbane Lions AFLW side will return to the scene of their 2023 premiership triumph this weekend, taking on Carlton at IKON Park on Saturday night.

The Lions will make two changes to tackle the Blues with Orla O’Dwyer ruled out with a shoulder injury with draftee Sophie Peters set to play her third game at AFLW level.

Luka Yoshida-Martin is the Lions other change, she is being managed following the compressed fixture period following her return from an ACL injury against the Bulldogs in Week 4 with Ellie Hampson returning to the side.

Dee Heslop has been named as an emergency following her return to football from a calf injury being named alongside Kate Lutkins and draftee Rania Crozier.

Saturday night’s Week 6 clash against Carlton, is scheduled for 7:15pm at IKON Park, with the match broadcast live on 7Mate, Fox Footy and Kayo.
