Two Lions Academy members have been elevated to the Lions VFL side for this Saturday’s QClash against the Gold Coast SUNS.

201-centimetre ruck/forward, Tom Gillett will make his VFL debut while fellow big man 195-centimetre Billy Richardson has been selected for his first VFL outing this season.

After 17 rounds, the Lions sit third on the ladder with Ben Hudson’s team chasing nine wins in a row.

In other changes, Bruce Reville returns to the VFL along with Ben Thomas and Joel Budarick, while Jaxon Prior and Logan Morris, who kicked four majors in last week’s win over the Swans, are elevated to the AFL.

Carter Michael has entered concussion protocol and was unavailable for selection, Luke Lloyd is unavailable with a calf injury and Wyatt Greenway has been omitted.

Lions fans can catch the live stream on https://www.afl.com.au/ or via AFL Live Official App. The first bounce from People First Stadium is at 12:50pm.
