Brisbane Lions Co-Captain and key defender Harris Andrews is expected to be available for selection ahead of Sunday’s match with St Kilda at Marvel Stadium.
Andrews missed last week’s QClash win over the Gold Coast SUNS after entering concussion protocols due to an incident in Round 19 against Sydney.
The All-Australian defender trained on Tuesday and will train again on Thursday where he will tick the final boxes to be cleared to play the Saints.
Fellow defender Carter Michael is also likely to return from concussion protocols and be selected to play VFL against Carlton on Saturday.
Jack Payne continues to take encouraging steps in his return from a foot injury, with the defender taking part in light skills at training on Tuesday and beginning to run on the Alter G Anti-Gravity Treadmill as he eyes off a return in the final rounds of the home and away season.
