The AFL confirmed the fixture for Week One of the 2024 Toyota AFL Finals Series as follows:

Second Qualifying Final, Port Adelaide v Geelong, Adelaide Oval, 7.40pm EST/ 7.10pm local
Friday, September 6
Second Elimination Final, Western Bulldogs v Hawthorn, MCG, 7.40pm EST
Saturday, September 7
First Qualifying Final, Sydney Swans v GWS GIANTS, SCG, 3.20pm EST
First Elimination Final, Brisbane v Carlton, The Gabba, 7.30pm EST
AFL Head of Broadcasting Operations and Scheduling Josh Bowler acknowledged all those who had contributed to the record breaking home and away season.

Minor Premiers Sydney Swans will play host to their cross-town counterparts, the GWS GIANTS at the SCG on Saturday afternoon in the first Qualifying Final before the Brisbane Lions play Carlton at the Gabba on Saturday night in the first Elimination Final.
The AFL last week announced for the ninth year running a price freeze on entry level tickets for all matches across Weeks One to Three, along with the Grand Final for the sixth year running, of the 2024 Toyota AFL Finals Series.

All matches in Week One of the 2024 Toyota AFL Finals Series will be broadcast live nationally on the Seven Network and Fox Footy and streamed live on Kayo. The 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final will be held at the MCG on Saturday, September 28 at 2:30pm AEST.
