The Brisbane Lions have named an unchanged team for Saturday night’s Semi-Final clash against GWS Giants at ENGIE Stadium.
Coach Chris Fagan and the match committee will back the same team that overpowered Carlton in last week’s Elimination Final to take down the Giants.
This includes key defender Jack Payne who has proven his fitness despite being subbed out at halftime against the Blues with a knee injury.
Scans cleared Payne on Monday who then trained all week to be declared right to hold his spot in the team.
The Lions interchange consists of Kai Lohmann, Callum Ah Chee, Logan Morris, Brandon Starcevich and Noah Answerth.
While the three emergencies are Harry Sharp, Darcy Fort and Darragh Joyce.
Saturday night’s Semi- Final is scheduled for 7:30pm at ENGIE Stadium, with the match broadcast live on Seven, Fox Footy and Kayo.
