There's plenty of reasons to be excited for tomorrow's NEAFL clash between the Brisbane Lions and GWS Giants!

For the first time this year, the NEAFL side will play before the Senior side at the Gabba.

Sam Skinner is also set to make his return from an ACL tear that occurred in Round 21 last year against the Giants in the NEAFL. 

Lions fans will be able to get their first look at draftee Toby Wooller who has been sidelined for the season so far with a finger injury. 

Cedric Cox and Connor Ballenden are also back in the side after missing the last couple of matches through injury. 

The Lions will be out to arrest a three-match losing streak and should have plenty of run in their legs following last week's bye. 

The Giants also had the bye last week and are impressive form after a tough start to the season. They have won their past three matches in dominant fashion. 

The two sides met earlier this year in Round 4 with the Lions recording a resounding 93-point victory.

NEAFL Match Details

For the NEAFL match:

• Seating areas opened: Sections 28 – 37. Enter via Gate 2 from 12.45pm. 
• Members are invited to watch the NEAFL curtain raiser from the comfort of our Match Day Social Club. Access via Gate 6 from 12:45pm. Present your 2018 Membership Card at the door to gain entry. Please note the Match Day Social Club will be open for viewing purposes only. Food and beverage service will not commence until 2:45pm.
• Patrons require a match ticket to the Senior game to enter the Gabba, however will not be permitted to sit in corresponding seats.
• The ticket office at Gate 2 will be open for patrons to purchase tickets from 12.45pm.
• Patrons attending the curtain raiser are not permitted to move into their match day seat until public gates open (3.00pm).
• A patron’s ticket including corporate tickets and Lions member seating allocation will be invalid for the curtain raiser seating, all patrons will be seated in the areas noted above however must be able to be scanned it at the operational gates.
