The Brisbane Lions AFLW side will be without key forward Dakota Davidson for this week’s clash with Sydney due to concussion protocols.

Davidson left the field in the second quarter of the Lions loss to Geelong following a head knock and was immediately ruled out for the remainder of the game.

In positive news, the rest of the Lions list is fit and firing ahead of the final two weeks of the home and away season.

The Lions return home to Brighton Homes Arena in Week 9 to take on Sydney in the first week of 2024 AFLW Indigenous Round.
