The Brisbane Lions have received a boost ahead of Saturday night’s clash against Geelong, with exciting forward duo Charlie Cameron and Kai Lohmann named.
Cameron comes in for his first game of the season after experiencing calf tightness the past fortnight, while Lohmann returns after missing last week with an ankle sprain.
Making way for the key pair is experienced utility Conor McKenna and young forward Will McLachlan who kicked two goals on debut last week.
Lohmann is listed on the interchange with Callum Ah Chee, Bruce Reville as well as the Ashcroft brothers, Will and Levi.
McLachlan is named as an emergency with ruck-forward Darcy Fort and utility Darcy Gardiner who kicked three goals in his return from an ACL in the VFL last week.
The Lions match with Geelong at the Gabba is scheduled for 6:35 AEST on Saturday night and will be broadcast live on Fox Footy and Kayo.
