Lewis Taylor says the Lions won’t hold back when they play their first JLT Community Series match against the Gold Coast SUNS on Sunday.
QClash's are typically fiery and Taylor is expecting nothing less when the Lions arrive at Broadbeach Sports Club.
"I’d say it (the intensity) will be pretty high. It’s obviously our first hit-out against real opposition so both teams will be going at it pretty hard,” Taylor told LionsTV.
“We won’t be holding back. We’re looking forward to it.”
Taylor has played 63 games in his first three years, and although still just 21 (he'll be 22 when the season starts), is already talking like a more experienced player.
“I’ve been playing a bit more through the midfield this year so far in the pre-season as well as forward.
“Hopefully I can mix between the two and get the job done for the team.”
The #SchachAttack was on at today’s intra-club!
