Lions members and supporters can contribute to the future of their favourite team by leaving a legacy to The Brisbane Lions Foundation.

The Brisbane Lions Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation established to provide a solid financial base for the Brisbane Lions AFC to achieve strategic long-term growth.

Assistance is provided to the Lions in many ways including funding special projects and financial investments that will ensure the Club’s ongoing success.

Each year, consideration will be given to ways this assistance can be used most effectively, rather than just providing funds to the general Club account.

The Foundation relies on the generosity of Lions fans, so we invite you to consider leaving a legacy to The Brisbane Lions Foundation in your Will. Leaving part of your estate to The Brisbane Lions Foundation is referred to as a bequest (or gift).

It’s easy and can be done at the time of making your Will. If you already have a Will, you can add a codicil to provide for your bequest.

Your support will be recognised in a number of ways. Unless privacy is requested, contributions are recognised in The Brisbane Lions Foundation Annual Report, the upcoming Foundation website Donor Registry and e-newsletter, and the Lions’ Club publications: The Lions Tale newsletters, Brisbane Lions Season Guide and Brisbane Lions Season Review.

To show your support for the Brisbane Lions via The Brisbane Lions Foundation, or for more information on how you can make a donation, bequest or sponsor a special project – please email blfoundation@lions.com.au.
