BOMBSHELL Monday has been and gone but that does not mean speculation about other moves during the NAB AFL Trade Period will go away.
Star Blue Bryce Gibbs' desire to return to Adelaide caught many on the hop, Daniel Wells officially declared he wanted out of North Melbourne and Tom Mitchell has his sights set on joining Hawthorn.
Brett Deledio signalled his interest to join Geelong, as did Zach Tuohy.
AFL.com.au's Trade Winds will provide a round-up of the latest action every morning until the end of the Trade Period on Thursday, October 20.
Magpie play for Rocky
AFL Media is reporting that Collingwood is set to consider making a play for Brisbane Lions captain Tom Rockliff.
The Courier Mail reports Rockliff will find out where he stands once he meets new Lions coach Chris Fagan in person.
Blues play hard ball on Gibbs
Adelaide will have to give up a quality player such as Brad Crouch or Mitch McGovern to ensure Bryce Gibbs winds up at west lakes.
That is according to the Adelaide Advertiser, which reports the Crows tried to offer pick No.13 and Jarryd Lyons or out-of-contract forward Harry Dear, who is yet to play a game, on the first day of trade talks for the Carlton star.
Blues list manager Stephen Silvagni reportedly baulked at those options as discussions continue, amid Carlton's disappointment at Gibbs' request.
Adelaide will have to concede a quality player or future draft picks to get the deal done, the newspaper reports.
Picks, not players, for Mitchell
The Sydney Swans will request Hawthorn give up top draft picks, rather than players to ensure the Tom Mitchell trade goes through, The Daily Telegraph reports.
The emerging midfielder has nominated Hawthorn as his preferred club, after the Swans could not match the lucrative four-year deal the Hawks put to Mitchell.
Hawthorn currently holds picks 14, 34, 52, 70 and 88.
Long-term deal the clincher for Tuohy
Blue Zach Tuohy declared his interest in joining Geelong on Monday, with the prospect of a long-term deal at the Cats reportedly a key factor in his desire to leave.
Channel Seven reports the Cats have offered Tuohy a four-year deal to join the club, having identified his run and carry out of defence as a key void to fill in 2017 and beyond.
The Kangaroos also offered Tuohy a four-year contract, but he chose the Cats instead.
Carlton's offer always remained at three years.
