James Polkinghorne has been re-called to the Brisbane Lions' senior team ahead of Sunday's clash against Hawthorn in Launceston.
Polkinghorne, who played with the Lions Reserves in the NEAFL last weekend, replaces Rising Star nominee Sam Mayes who has been omitted.
Rohan Bewick and Matt Maguire, who were named in Thursday's initial 25-man squad will be part of the emergency list, along with Mayes.
The Lions will train at 11am this Saturday at Aurora Stadium before taking on ladder leaders Hawthorn this Sunday at 1.10pm at the same venue.
