The month of August has been all about rewarding members with prize giveaways each day. And Round 23 is no different. Welcome to ‘Members Round’ where we dedicate the whole day to you, our 2015 members! We’d like to say a huge thanks to our members for your support and loyalty across the year, and will be celebrating in lots of ways during Round 23 when the Lions go up against the Western Bulldogs on our home ground at the Gabba. Be sure to check out below all the great activities and promotions we’ll be putting on for members across the day, how you can win some great prizes, and join us at the game for more than just the footy!
Members who are selected to win a prize will be contacted by the Brisbane Lions Membership team via phone from Monday 24th August, so keep your phone close – it could be you!
MATCH DAY ACTIVITIES

The Match Day Social Club was introduced again in 2015, and what an addition it has made to match days! Five lucky members will be rewarded for their Social Club attendance during 2015 with two complimentary meals for the match! Ticket Tornado
The ticket tornado will be returning with a flurry of tickets containing each member’s name whirling around in a great storm and randomly selected at breaks during the day to win great prizes. Will your name be selected? Simply listen out during live crosses to hear if you’re a winner!
Members Only 20% off at Lions Shop
To say a big thank you to our Members for their support over the year and to Celebrate Round 23 - Members Round, the Lions Shop will be offering a HUGE 20% off all full priced and already discounted merchandise for one day only at the Round 23 v Bulldogs match. Simply head to the Lions Shop superstore or outlets around the stadium during the day and present your member card to receive your exclusive Members’ only discount. But hurry – the sale is for one day only!

Coin Toss
One lucky member will randomly selected to toss the coin at the match against the Bulldogs!
Guard of Honour
We will invite 25 lucky junior members to join the Lions on-field and cheer the boys on as the team run out on to the field for the match.
Junior Member Scavenger Hunt
The hunt is on! Junior Members are invited to Get to the Gabba early and join us for a Brisbane Lions Scavenger Hunt, with a number of fun challenges to complete in and around the Stadium. Scavenger hunt forms can be picked up from the Membership Marquee pre-game in Lion Park, and match offices (located at Gates 2, 7 and 9). The first 5 junior members to complete all challenges and submit their entries at the start of half time, will each win an awesome prize
Lucky Door Prizes at Gate 9 Members Entry
Enter like a VIP through our Members’ Only entry at Gate 9 and you could be randomly selected for a lucky door prize! There’s only one way to find out if you’re a winner … enter like the member you are!
Player Visits at Members’ Bar
Players will be dropping into our Members’ Bar in Section 62 of the upper concourse before the game. Be sure to Get to the Gabba early and whet your whistle at the Members Bar for your chance to meet the players.
Foodbank
The Brisbane Lions have partnered up with Foodbank, a fantastic cause dedicated to raising food donations and awareness around hunger in Australia. Their mission is to provide vital help to people who are struggling to put food on the table for themselves and their families, and we want to help them do that! Foodbank will be collecting donations at main gates around the Stadium during the Round 23 clash against the Bulldogs, but can’t do the great work they do without community support. The Brisbane Lions urge all members, fans and patrons attending the Round 23 match to bring a donation (ie. canned foods, toiletries, cereal) with them to support the cause and help reduce hunger in Australia. Any donation big or small counts and will go towards improving the life of another Australian in need. More info on the great work Foodbank do can be found here.
HALF TIME
Lap of Honour
All our Lion Hunters and First Year members are invited to parade around the hallowed turf of the Gabba in a Lap of Honour at half time, as a way of thanking you for your support.
POST-MATCH
Post-Match Guernsey Presentation
We will be rewarding 22 lucky members who have attended all their eligible games in 2015 to present guernseys to playing players and have photos taken post-match.
