The Lions NEAFL team will commence their premiership defence on Good Friday, when they take on the GWS GIANTS at South Pine Sports Complex on April 10 in Round 2 of the 2020 Toyota NEAFL Premiership Season.
The Lions side will have the opportunity to play in four AFL curtain raisers in 2020, including two at The Gabba.
The first is Round 15’s clash against Redland, before the Lions take on the Cats. The second is their Round 17 clash against Aspley before the seniors meet St Kilda.
They will also play against the Gold Coast SUNS at Metricon Stadium before an AFL match on Saturday April 18 (Round 3) and Saturday August 15 (Round 20).
Other Lions NEAFL home games will be hosted at Moreton Bay Sports Complex and South Pine Sports Complex. They will again play on the Sunshine Coast when they meet the GWS GIANTS for Round 11’s clash on Saturday June 13.
