It's Sunday morning, although it feels like every day is the weekend at the moment... We’ve used this as a house cleaning process.

I hired a trailer and spent the whole day cleaning up the house, as you would know a lot of jobs get pushed back during the season. "Mitchell throw those boxes out. Mitch can you weed down the side of the house. Mitchell we need to re-paint this wall."

You all know how it works, yes bub I’ll do it on my day off or Sunday. Never happens!

I really struggled earlier in the week, and my family noticed quickly. I was waking up with no purpose to fulfill during my day. We went from a professionally regimented schedule, which helps with your attitude towards accomplishing things, to a blank page.

So now I have a schedule daily. I wake up around 8am, breakfast with the family and then I’m either live-streaming some video games or I’m doing my podcast. We have our off-season program which is running three times a week and weights every second day. Kiddy and I (Kidean Coleman) would do our run then head over to Eric’s house to do the weights session. But the visitors per home has changed yet again.

The thing with the Virus is that we find out what we can and can’t do at the same time as the public, and we want to be seen leading the way in this social distancing time.

We raided the Gabba gym to set up at our home, and I might add it looks great. You’ll see a lot of jacked boys come back i’m sure when we have the return date sorted.

I’m currently in the process of setting up a live stream for my Podcast, Rip Through It, so people can tune in and ask questions directly during the episode. This will be on my Twitch page www.twitch.tv/mitchrobinson and that should be up and running every second day. I’m also looking forward to getting the new AFL Evolution 2 game. I'll obviously pull on the Lions guernsey and make sure we push deep into the finals, so make sure you pop over and check it out!

I hope everyone is well and keeping their families safe during this time. The sooner we all do our part in washing our hands, being clean and adhering to the social distancing guidelines, we will be back out there doing what we love doing and putting a show on for our great fans!

Cheers, Robbo.
