The Brisbane Lions will be bolstered by the return of midfielder Tom Rockliff this Saturday afternoon when they take on the Gold Coast Suns in QClash8 at the Gabba.
Rockliff, who has never missed a clash with the Suns, will return from suspension for the eighth match between the two Queensland sides.
Also returning to the Lions’ line up for QClash8, is Jack Crisp, who is set to play his first senior game for the 2014 season.
Crisp, who made debut against the Suns in Round 4, 2012, returns to the side after a string of consistent performances in the NEAFL.
Rockliff and Crisp replace the injured Mitch Golby (foot) and Marco Paparone who has been omitted.
QClash8 will also mark a milestone for Lions’ midfielder, Ryan Lester, who will play his 50th AFL game since making his debut in 2011.
The Lions take on Gold Coast at the Gabba in QClash8, Saturday afternoon at 4.40pm.
