The Brisbane Lions can confirm Ryan Harwood will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court next week after being fined by Queensland Police for driving with a suspended license.

Harwood, 21, informed the Club that he was not aware his license had been suspended at the time. He has since had his license reinstated.

The Club’s Behavioural and Standards Committee has dealt with the matter internally.

As the matter is now before the Courts the Club will not be making any further comment on the matter.
