There will be plenty of pre-match activity on Saturday night to keep all members and supporters busy before the resurgent Lions take on the all-conquering Kangaroos at the Gabba.
Together with the Brisbane Lions, major sponsor Vodafone will be the driving force behind the enhanced match-day activities before the three remaining games at the Gabba.
All junior Lions fans will be encouraged to show their true colours with free maroon, blue and gold face painting stations in the park area outside Gate 2.
Supporters will also be able to write a personal note of encouragement to their favourite Lions player through the club’s new hero messages. All completed messages will be handed to the appropriate players after each match.
Members and supporters attending this Saturday night’s match will also have the opportunity to test their driving skills on the Vodafone Triple Eight racing simulators. The simulators will be located in the park area outside Gate 2 and will be in operation prior to the upcoming games against the Kangaroos and Sydney Swans.
Vodafone have been keeping a record of which football fan has clocked-up the fastest lap time, which will be displayed on a leader board to alert drivers of the time they need to beat.
The eventual leader board winner will be announced on Saturday 18 August at the Lions v
The fastest driver aged over 16 years will be rewarded with four tickets to the Gabba's Century Club for the Lions vs

A Lions player will also be available in the park area outside Gate 2 to sign autographs, distribute free Vodafone banners and help coordinate the Vodafone Jonathan Brown handball target game.
