The Vodafone Brisbane Lions will be spreading themselves across Brisbane over the next month for a range of community-based events as part of their 2009 AFL Community Camp.
The Camp officially kicked off last Friday with a selection of players heading to Zillmere to conduct a school holiday junior football clinic and has since visited Sherwood (Tuesday) and Coorparoo (Wednesday).
Jonathan Brown and Simon Black headlined the junior clinic at Giffin Park in Coorparoo on Wednesday 21 January where more than 220 kids registered to take part in the event.
The Club will also be involved in a range of forums and community-based training sessions throughout Brisbane during the month of February so keep an eye out for the Lions in your neighbourhood.
