The Lions are set for a return to primetime with a Round 15 Thursday night blockbuster against Geelong.

The AFL has today released the dates and times for Rounds 13 through 15 of the Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

The Lions will have the BYE in Round 13 before Senior coach Chris Fagan comes face-to-face with friend turned foe David Noble when his side heads to Marvel Stadium for a Saturday twilight Round 14 clash with the Kangaroos.

The former Lions GM of Football now coaches the Kangaroos and will be desperate to get one up on his coaching mentor.

Then Thursday night footy makes its return to the Gabba with a grudge match between the Lions and the Cats.

Former Brisbane premiership player Chris Scott’s Cats ended the Lions’ premiership tilt in 2020 with a preliminary final victory and then emerged controversial one-point winners in a heated Round 2 clash at GMHBA Stadium this year.
