The Brisbane Lions Wellbeing program exists to make a meaningful impact on individuals and communities through comprehensive education workshops across a range of topics including Mental Health, Resilience, Leadership and Culture, Inclusion and Respect, Gambling, and Wellbeing and Lifestyle programs. We aim to empower individuals with the tools and support they need to navigate life's challenges, foster resilience, and promote a positive and inclusive culture. 

Through our holistic approach, we aspire to enhance the overall wellbeing of our participants, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives and contribute positively to their communities. By running these programs, we strive to build stronger, healthier, and more connected communities, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

As part of our growing community initiative, Youi is helping us deliver 15 additional wellbeing sessions to schools and AFL clubs across Queensland. These sessions are designed to give young people practical tools around mental fitness, emotional resilience and physical wellbeing both on and off the field.

With Youi’s support, we’re able to expand access to our expert-led wellbeing program, which focuses on core areas such as mindset, confidence, healthy habits and connection. Alongside these sessions, Youi will also be donating brand new sports equipment to each participating school or club, helping ensure the physical benefits of the program continue long after our team leaves.
