An unchanged Brisbane Lions side will face Melbourne on Monday night at Metricon Stadium in their third game in nine days.
Brisbane Lions AFLW Head Coach Craig Starcevich has opted to make no changes following the side’s 69-point demolition of Gold Coast in Thursday night’s QClash.
Courtney Hodder will maintain her position in the Lions’ forward line after putting up a career-best performance against the Suns that saw her win the third annual QClash medal.
The livewire forward gathered 17 disposals (14 contested), nine score involvements, four tackles and two goals in one of the biggest games of her AFLW career.
She’ll be supported in the forward line alongside Taylor Smith, Jesse Wardlaw and Zimmorlei Farquharson, who all booted goals in Thursday’s win.
Cathy Svarc, Orla O’Dwyer and Belle Dawes were also named in the side ahead of their 25th AFLW game milestones on Monday night.
Key forward Dakota Davidson remains sidelined under AFL Concussion Protocol after a head knock in Round 6 against St Kilda.
