The Brisbane Lions have finalised their Round 5 team to face Melbourne this Sunday at the Gabba - making five changes to the side that lost to North Melbourne by 63 points last week.
James Polkinghorne, Elliot Yeo, Billy Longer and Aaron Cornelius have all been re-called along with Justin Clarke, who is set to become the Club's fourth debutant in three weeks.
Clarke, taken with pick No.4 in the 2011 Rookie Draft, was elevated to the senior list on the eve of the Club's 2013 campaign and will now line-up for his first senior AFL game.
Pearce Hanley (suspended), Daniel Rich (scapula) and Stefan Martin (ankle) were all forced out of the side, while Niall McKeever and Ryan Harwood have both been omitted.
Sunday's match will also mark a significant milestone for recruit Brent Moloney, who will play his 150th AFL match against his former side.
