The Brisbane Lions will be looking to continue their good form in the VFL when they face Collingwood at the AIA Centre in Melbourne on Saturday.
With Tom Berry, Jimmy Tunstill and Jack Payne called up for senior AFL duties, the Lions will look towards returning and emerging talents to boost the side ahead of their Round 14 match.
Ruckman Darcy Fort headlines the changes to the side in his first VFL game this season.
The 28-year-old will be an experienced head for young talls Kalin Lane and Henry Smith against a challenging Pies outfit.
Exciting first-year player Kai Lohmann will make his return after spending the past six weeks on the sideline with a high ankle sprain.
The 19-year-old gave fans a glimpse of his defensive pressure and scoring ability in his three VFL games and two AFL games this season, and will no doubt be looking to bring that flair to the contest once again on Saturday.
21-year-old Deividas Uosis will bolster the Lions efforts in the midfield when he returns to the VFL this weekend after spending a stint on the sidelines with injury.
West Australian product Jaxon Prior rounds out the inclusions for the Lions’ VFL side, returning from senior AFL duties to provide spark in the forward line.
The Brisbane Lions VFL will face Collingwood at the AIA Centre at 1:05PM on Saturday June 26.
