The Brisbane Lions will be without Jade Pregelj for the remainder of the 2023 NAB AFLW Season.
Pregelj suffered an anterior cruciate ligament tear following a collision in the Lions match scrimmage on Saturday afternoon.
Recruited from the Gold Coast SUNS in the 2023 off-season, Pregelj played in the Lions Round 1 clash against Richmond.
Small forward Ruby Svarc is pushing for selection this weekend having overcome a minor calf strain suffered ahead of the Lions Round 3, 55-point win over Sydney.
Lions tall forward Taylor Smith will also be working toward a Round 4 selection after her hamstring strain against Port Adelaide.
