How does the draft work?

Basically all clubs take their pick from all the young U18 kids from around the country.
The team that finishes on the bottom gets first pick, the team that finishes 15th gets second pick and so on.
It’s a way for the bottom teams to rebuild quickly and keep the competition even.
There are obviously some other rules and scenarios that can come into play, but they are too confusing for me to try and explain here.

Don’t know about the wittiest, but the slowest guys are probably big Daniel Murray and Troy Selwood.
