The Brisbane Lions have named Jaxon Prior, Callum Ah Chee and debutant Shadeau Brain as its three inclusions to take on the Adelaide Crows.

Ah Chee returns after a week on the sidelines with a hamstring strain while Brain is set to debut on Adelaide Oval, following consistent performances in the VFL. 

Prior, one of the Lions emerging defenders, has been in strong VFL form and is being rewarded with his first AFL game of 2024.

Last week’s debutants Bruce Reville and Logan Morris retain their place in the squad with AhChee, Morris, Prior, Brain and Harry Sharp named on the interchange.

Midfielder Jarryd Lyons, ruck-forward Darcy Fort and key defender Darragh Joyce are listed as Brisbane’s three emergencies.
