The Brisbane Lions v Geelong Cats Opening Round match, postponed due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred, will now be played at the Gabba on Saturday 29 March at 6.35pm(local) during Rd 3 of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership season.
General Public Ticketing
If you purchased tickets to the Opening Round, your tickets remain valid for the new date of Saturday 29 March.
If you can attend, keep your tickets, you do not need to do anything further.
If you cannot attend the new date, please contact Ticketmaster directly, and submit a request for refund through Ticketmaster by 5pm Tuesday 25 March.
Member Ticketing
Your member access (and any guest passes) will remain valid for the new date of Saturday 29 March. You do not need to do anything further.
3 Game/Flexi Members who have redeemed, but cannot attend the new date, can Exchange their tickets for another game via My Events in myLions account.
Refunds are available for any guest tickets purchased by contacting MemberHQ.
