The Brisbane Lions are proud to partner with leading Barossa Valley winemakers Saltram Wine Estate to launch two limited release Brisbane Lions 2024 Premiership Shiraz wines.
The Saltram No.1 Shiraz 2018 was chosen as the wine to help Lions fans relive the glory of September and toast the Lions historic 2024 Premiership victory over the Swans.
“We are proud to partner with the Lions and we had to choose a very special wine to commemorate the amazing season by the Lions,” George Samios from Saltram Wine Estate said.
“The Saltram No.1 was the first wine made by Saltram founder, William Salter in 1859 and the 2018 vintage was one of the best ever made- as evidenced by it being award four trophies at the 2021 Barossa Wine show including being crowned “No.1” wine of the show.
“What better wine to choose to allow Brisbane Lions fans to relive the great season for decades ahead and we are sure this wine will age as well as the memories will.”
Each player and coach Chris Fagan have been celebrated with a limited release of only 20 bottles per player/coach, with each bottle hand signed by the individual player and presented in custom Brisbane Lions packaging.
There are also only 20 3-bottle packs- featuring a hand signed bottle by Chris Fagan, Harris Andrews and Lachie Neale- all presented in a commemorative Lions 3 bottle wooden box.
Lions fans can also enjoy the limited release Brisbane Lions Premiership Barossa Shiraz 2023, featuring a wonderful team photo to relive the great day for years to come.
