In further partnership news, the Brisbane Lions today proudly announced CHiQ as an official partner in 2019. CHiQ, one of the world’s best-selling consumer electronics companies will be the Club’s Official Consumer Electronics and Whitegoods Supplier. In return for their support of the Lions, CHiQ will have signage displayed at home games, as well as digital advertising on the Lions online channels.
CHiQ, founded in China in 1958, was established in Australia in 2000. The company prides itself on contemporary design and innovation of televisions, fridges and freezers.
Lions CEO Greg Swann said it was fantastic to welcome CHiQ into the pride.
“CHiQ’s products are world class and we are excited to help develop their brand in the Australian market,” he said.
“We are delighted to welcome the company into the Lions Den.”
CHiQ General Manager David Esler drew comparisons between the two companies.
“We are pleased to partner with the Brisbane Lions to promote our brand to Australian consumers through AFL football,” he said.

CHiQ’s signage will be on display at the Lions’ season opener this Saturday March 23rd at the Gabba, when they take on the West Coast Eagles.
