Brisbane Lions draftee Toby Wooller underwent surgery on Tuesday on his left ring finger after injuring the tendon in a training mishap last week.
The key forward is expected to miss 10-12 weeks.
Sam Skinner (knee) and Marco Paparone (sciatic nerve) are the only other players on the Lions' injury list currently.
