Pursuant to the Corporations Act, the Club is required to hold an AGM each calendar year. Due to the adjournment of the AGM to 8 January 2019, the Club will not comply with this requirement. Accordingly, the Club applied for, and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission granted, an extension of time to hold the 2018 AGM.
