In a blockbuster free agency move, the Brisbane Lions are pleased to announce that the Roar Deal hosts, Dom Fay and Michael Whiting, will return for 2019.
Their ability to attract star guests each week, as well as their incredibly accurate predictions segment, made it an easy decision for the Lions' brain trust to retain them for another year.
As unrestricted free agents, Fay and Whiting both stated that their commitment to the Lions was never in doubt, with Fay particularly enticed by the opportunity of Zac Bailey starring on the show again.
A highlight of Fay and Whiting's year was when they presented Dayne Beams with the inaugural Roar Deal Medal at the Lions' Club Champion awards night. Another highlight was a number of exclusives they broke on the show, including Brandon Starcevich’s contract extension.
Schedules are yet to be finalised, but it is expected that a few Roar Deal episodes will be released during the AFL Trade and Draft
