Cedric Cox will make his debut for the Brisbane Lions on Easter Sunday against Richmond at The Gabba.
Originally from Halls Creek in WA’s Kimberley region, Cox was drafted to the Club with pick 24 from the North Ballarat Rebels in the 2016 National Draft.
He will wear Simon Black’s famous #20 jumper, joining fellow North Ballarat duo Hugh McCluggage and Jarrod Berry who made their senior debut last weekend.
Jake Barrett has been omitted, while the Lions have named three inclusions – Michael Close, Ryan Bastinac and Claye Beams to their squad of 25.
The Lions’ final 22 will be announced tomorrow.
Bounce down is at 4:40pm (AEST). Follow the game on Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook and Instagram.
