Dayne Zorko (MID, $680,000) now sits in third place overall on the AFL Fantasy leaderboard - behind Tom Mitchell and Zach Merrett - after collecting 157 points against Port Adelaide, which was the second highest score of the round. Zorko gathered 32 disposals and kicked two goals against Port, while also gaining 826 metres, which is the fourth highest tally by any player this season. As expected, Zorko’s price climbs by $27,000 ahead of Round 14.
After a season-high 110 AFL Fantasy points in Round 12 against Fremantle, Sam Mayes (DEF, $430,000) cracked the 100 point barrier again by securing 108 points against Port Adelaide. The classy defender ended up with 25 disposals and 10 marks against the Power.
Ryan Bastinac (MID, $399,000) had his best match of the season on Saturday, kicking three vital goals and collecting 21 disposals. Bastinac amassed 107 AFL Fantasy points, which was easily his highest total of the year and bodes well heading into his 150th game this weekend.
Ryan Lester (FWD/MID, $444,000) missed out on hitting his season-high AFL Fantasy score by just one point, finishing with 105 points against Port Adelaide. Lester is holding an average of 86 points per game over the last five matches, and his recent strong form could warrant selection in the coming weeks.
Nick Robertson (DEF/MID, $338,000) and Darcy Gardiner (DEF, $315,000) both had strong matches against the Power and have been hit with price bumps of $26,000 and $25,000 respectively.
