The Brisbane Lions have fared well following Saturday’s AFL and NEAFL matches, with Peter Blanch clearing all participating players of injury.
While Mitch Robinson (foot) and Allen Christensen (shoulder) have season-ending injuries, several Lions' players returned to football over the weekend.

Tom Rockliff made his return from a shoulder injury in Saturday’s win against Fremantle.
The midfielder missed two matches with a dislocated shoulder, suffered in the team's loss to Hawthorn in Tasmania in May, but was back in impressive form against Fremantle on the weekend, collecting 27 touches and kicking the opening goal for the home side.
Head of Medical Peter Blanch said despite the midfielder entering the game with a few nerves, he got through unscathed.
“Tom was a little bit worried about it, but he got through the match pretty well. We expect that he’ll continue to get better,” said Blanch.
Claye Beams (hamstring), Jack Frost (concussion), Josh Clayton (ankle) played in the Lions’ NEAFL win over Gold Coast on Saturday.
“We had a few guys come back in the NEAFL. They all got through well, they’ll all be available to play this week if everything goes well in training.”
