Thursday was a lighter day for the Brisbane Lions boys.
Starting off at the gym, the boys were split up into two groups. One group did a light spin cycle, while the other half did weights before swapping at half way.

Dayne Zorko was impressed by how hard the boys were working.
“A few of them (players) ended up pretty sore at the end of it, which is always nice to see the boys are working extremely hard,” Zorko said.
After gym, the boys came back for lunch before heading to Sun City Ten Pin Bowling in Alexandra Headlands.

To finish the day, and close off the pre-season camp, the players, coaches and staff were treated to dinner by the beach thanks to Novotel Twin Waters.
The boys will have one last training session in Maroochydore on Friday morning before heading back to Brisbane.
