New Brisbane Lions recruit Jack Frost is quickly settling into Brisbane life, with the help of Senior Coach Chris Fagan.
“He’s been unreal. I met him a couple of times before I came up here, he’s got a team first kind of attitude and wants everyone to be pretty tight,” Frost told SEN.
“He’s big on goal setting, and having everyone as one big family as the boys are.”
Standing 195cm, Frost appears the likely replacement for retired Daniel Merrett in an inexperienced Lions backline.

The 24-year-old defender is quick off the mark with a good spoil, and despite his relative youth, has just 10 teammates older than him on the young list.
“It was an opportunity for me coming into a young list and a young team where I guess I would be one of the more experienced players. That excited me, I love working with the younger blokes, trying to teach them and obviously improve myself. That really attracted me.
“I’ve just got to get into full training and go from there, I guess.”
Frost is living with Darcy Gardiner and Lewis Taylor while he settles in Brisbane.
