PEARCE HANLEY will play game 100 against Sydney on Sunday.
The 26-year old was subbed off during the third quarter in the loss to Adelaide a fortnight ago with hamstring tightness.
The Lions will be bolstered further with the return of Captain Tom Rockliff and veteran defender Daniel Merrett who have been named in the starting 22.
Rockliff broke his ribs for the second time this season against St Kilda in round nine and Merrett has not played senior football since suffering hamstring complications following the round one loss to Collingwood.
Robertson missed a fortnight of football with a grade two AC strain, sustained against the Western Bulldogs in Round 12.
Josh Green and Mitch Robinson will miss with injury after receiving the results of scans in the wake of Sunday’s fighting loss to Fremantle.
Green, the team’s leading goal kicker in 2015, will spend 4-6 weeks out after an MRI confirmed a stress fracture in his foot and Robinson will be out for 2-4 weeks after his MRI showed damage to the syndesmosis of his ankle.
Ryan Lester, Zac O’Brien and Hugh Beasley have been named as emergencies.
