cheers gags yeah i pulled up really well just general soreness and more importantly the knee feels 100 percent
i think the ruck battle went well fopr us on saturday night considering mitch clark played with gastro. was difficult in the center square bounces against naitinui though
and i think we shoudl go alright on thursday too
