Green Protein Smoothie

Here’s a refreshing meal alternative that’s great at any time of day and will keep you feeling fit, strong, and healthy.

Serving Size: 1

What you need
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I use Vitalstrength WPI+)
Half your serving glass of unsweetened almond milk
Half your serving glass of ice cubes
1 peach
½ cup of pineapple
½ banana
2 cups of kale

Directions
- Simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Variation
If you freeze your fruit you can leave out the ice cubes and just add a bit more almond milk.
