Yoghurt Snack

You can really spruce up simple snacks like a tub of yoghurt, simply by adding some fresh fruit and nuts. This one is nice an easy, and is a favourite among the boys when you’re in a hurry, but still need nutrition.

I also recommend adding Vitalstrength supplements such as protein powder to improve your muscle growth and recovery.

What you need
200g tub of low-fat yoghurt
1 scoop of Vitalstrength Protein Powder
4 Strawberries
Small handful of Almonds

Directions
- Add yogurt and protein powder to a bowl and mix to combine
- Quarter the strawberries and add to yogurt
- Sprinkle almonds on top
- Serve and enjoy!
