The annual Brisbane Lions Victorian Golf Classic will this year take place on Friday 15th May, to be held at the Peter Thomson designed Sandhurst Golf Club, which provides a challenging but enjoyable layout, just 30 minutes from the city via Eastlink.

Open to just 30 teams, the Classic provides a perfect way to entertain clients with an all inclusive round of golf, followed by post round drinks and a deluxe BBQ as we announce the winning team.

The day kicks off with a Four N Twenty breakfast, along with full access to the driving range to sharpen your swing. Throughout the day, players will enjoy on-course food and beverage, while tackling the many competition holes including: longest drive, closest to the pin and beat the pro.

Returning in 2009 is the famous ‘King of the Green’ putting challenge, which provides players with the chance to etch their name into Brisbane Lions golfing history.

There are plenty of on course features which in past years have included massages, wine tasting, and teeing off from the roof of the synthetic grassed Vodafone car along with many others.

As a new feature of the day in 2009, all teams will have access to motorised carts to fully enjoy the day.
