Midfielder Josh Dyson answered questions from fans during a 30-minute live online chat at 3:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 8 August 2012.

Porter : Hey Josh, what aspects of your game are you looking to improve in at the moment??
Josh Dyson: Wanting to take the game on more and utilise my speed.

Josh Dyson: Hey Pat. No idea yet, the squad hasn’t been finalised.

Josh Dyson: Not much planned as yet, just winging it and see what happens.

Josh Dyson: As a kid I barracked for Richmond and one of my favourite players was Matthew Richardson.

Josh Dyson: Hey Sarah yes we had our main training session this morning at the Gabba
Matt: Hey Josh, are you looking forward to playing in the NEAFL finals, the reserves have been killing it lately
Josh Dyson: Hey Matt. Yeah looking forward to playing finals the boys are playing really well at the moment.
Daniel williams: yeah good thanks mate hows training?
Josh Dyson: Yeah training is good had a pretty solid session this morning.
Kyle: hey josh how old are u?
Josh Dyson: Hey Kyle I’m 20.
Pop: Looking forward to seeing u this weekend
Josh Dyson: Hey Pop yeah will be good to catch up.
Dan: How have you been going in the tow's mate?
Josh Dyson: Yeah been going alright, just focusing on consistency and taking the game on.
Rachie: Hey Josh, do you have a GF?
Josh Dyson: Hey Rachie no I’m currently single as a pringle and ready to mingle.
Paul: Hey Josh - what is the hardest part about living in another state to your family??
Josh Dyson: Not having your mum do your washing and cook you dinner.

Josh Dyson: Haha cheeky.
Ali: Hi josh, do you live with anyone from the club?
Josh Dyson: Hey Ali yes I live with Sam Sheldon and James Hawksley.

Josh Dyson: Yeah fingers crossed.
Jake: hey Josh... what kind of music do you like?
Josh Dyson: I like listening to Triple J a fair bit, and house music.
Rob: Hey mate, what kinda drills do you run through in your gabba sessions?
Josh Dyson: Mostly just game situational drills, as well as contested type drills and basic skill drills.
Jake: How long did you play afl before you got drafted?
Josh Dyson: I have played AFL since I was about 6. Started out in Auskick and played all the way through until now.

Aaron: Hey Josh, what position have you been playing mostly this year?
Josh Dyson: A little bit of everywhere but mainly midfield and wing and also half forward.
Riv: Hey Josh - what is your favourite part of playing footy??
Josh Dyson: Doing something that you love and staying fit.
Dom: What position do you see yourself playing best? Small forward, midfielder, on the wing, or somewhere else?
Josh Dyson: Probably at senior level I would see myself playing as a small forward.
Ted: Hey Josh, did you excel at any other sports in your junior years?
Josh Dyson: I did little athletics when I was younger and made state finals in the 100m and 200m.
Nathan: Hey Josh... who would you consider your best and worst friend at the club?
Josh Dyson: Hard to choose.. I would say best is Jesse O’Brien and worst would be Niall McKeever because I can’t understand him haha.
Dane: hey dyso, whats your morning routine like?
Josh Dyson: Hey Dane, ah wake up, brush my teeth, eat breakfast, watch some TV, then head into the Club.
India: Hey josh... what would you be doing right now if you weren't playing footy?
Josh Dyson: Hey India! I would probably be studying business at uni, and working with my Dad as he owns his own business.
Bill: Hi Josh, apart from yourself, who should we keep an eye on in the reserves?
Josh Dyson: Hey Bill! Ah young Sam Docherty has been playing some good footy off the half back flank.
Justin: Been watching much of the Olympics??? What sport is your favourite?
Josh Dyson: Hey Justin I have been watching bits and pieces of it when I have spare time. My favourite would be the 100m sprint as that was my preferred event as a kid.
