The Brisbane Lions’ round 13 clash against Richmond didn’t give us the result we wanted on the field - but off field the corporate thank you function was a huge success.

The Lions had a fantastic turnout in the Legends Room at the Gabba, where all Hyundai Platinum Club and Lions Den members were invited to a mid-season thank you function after the match.

All players were in attendance at the function and stayed after the game to mingle and meet with our corporate supporters.

The ongoing support from our Corporate Members keeps us ahead of the game and this function was a small token of our appreciation for their commitment to the Lions.

We are pleased to announce that season 2012 will be even bigger and better with some new packages for our members - keep an eye on the Lions website for details of these as they become available.

The next thank you function will be held in the Legends Room after the Lions’ round 23 game against West Coast - the last home game at the Gabba for 2012, on Saturday 27 August.

All corporate members, including centre wing, Gabba Lounge, corporate suites, lounges and boxes, will be invited to attend along with the full playing team and coaching staff.
