A reminder that the start time of the Lions' Round 3 match against the Sydney Swans at the Gabba has been altered. The 2008 AFL fixture now reads:
Round 3 - Brisbane Lions v Sydney Swans, Gabba - Saturday 5 April 2008, 7:10pm (local time)
The match was initially scheduled for a 6:10pm start but will now commence at 7:10pm to ensure there is no overlap with the afternoon match being held in Perth, due to daylight savings finishing earlier in Perth than the rest of Australia.
All members and supporters are asked to please make note of this correction and to mark this time change on their membership booklet and fixture fridge magnet. A link to the amended season draw can be found below.
